California’s 45th congressional district is completely in Orange County and represents the cities and communities of Coto de Caza, Irvine, Tustin, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Villa Park, and portions of Anaheim and Orange.
